Researchers from the University of Kiel have developed an innovative artificial intelligence tool capable of distinguishing truthful news from fake with an impressive accuracy of 99%.
The algorithm leverages advanced machine learning techniques to analyze news texts. It evaluates the credibility of sources and detects signs of information manipulation.
"Our tool integrates the results of several machine learning models, ensuring exceptional accuracy," the developers explain. This approach, known as "ensemble voting," significantly reduces the likelihood of errors and improves the reliability of the analysis.
According to the researchers, their development could become a powerful weapon in the fight against the spread of fake news, which undermines trust in the media and distorts public opinion.
